Ingredients:
2 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
12 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
13 oz Fernet Branca liqueur
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist..
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Added a little bit of chocolate bitters and it really seemed to bring all the other flavors forward

Mamma mia! At last a drink with banana liqueur that's really good! Probably helped by being overwhelmed by rum and fernet.
