Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Doorly's 12 Year Old Fine Old Barbados Rum
30 ml Pineapple juice
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
