Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 30 ml | Averna amaro |
| 22.5 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
| 15 ml | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Eager Pineapple juice |
| 22.5 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 7.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
