| 45 ml | Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno |
| 15 ml | Italicus liqueur |
| 15 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 30 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 1 Splash | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
