Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Cherry bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry.

Adapted from a recipe in Ted "Dr. Cocktail" Haigh's 2009 book Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails where he credits "a crude and otherwise quite forgettable cocktail pamphlet from 1933 titled Cocktail Parade."
