Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake
22.5 ml Cognac (brandy)
22.5 ml Amaretto Adriatico liqueur
7.5 ml Yuzu juice
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
