Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
20 ml Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
20 ml Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
60 ml Pineapple juice
20 fresh Mint leaves
