60 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
25 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
20 ml | Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur |
20 ml | Galliano L'Autentico liqueur |
60 ml | Pineapple juice |
20 fresh | Mint leaves |
