Light and pleasant, perhaps deceptively so - rather more boozy than initial sips suggested.

Found this significantly better with fiorente elderflower than st Germain. Less overly sweet, more herbal and nuanced. Be interesting to try a variation with italicus.

Hmm... well, Punt e Mes is just too fuerte in this, burying the St Germain a good bit, though it does surface real late in the aftertaste... a few sips in and the flavors are still melding, but some lovely interplay is developing... A Martinez-y drink with a shade of elderflower? - yeah, I'll be back...

Superbly balanced, don't be shy with the lemon zest and peach bitters. This one only got better as it warmed. I used Tanqueray Export Strength, St Germain, Cocchi Storico, and Fee Brothers Peach Bitters. Will definitely be making this again.

Bright and powerful. The Elderflower really intensifies the Gin. The lemon twist brings it all to peak burst of flavour.
