Ingredients:
30 ml Skipper Demerara Rum
30 ml Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port
22.5 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
30 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
