Gin Raspberry Smash

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
8 fresh Raspberries
6 fresh Mint leaves
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 barspoon Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
