45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
15 ml | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
8 fresh | Raspberries |
6 fresh | Mint leaves |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 barspoon | Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar |
Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
