Ingredients:

1 barspoon	Orange marmalade
2 fl oz	Bourbon whiskey
1⁄2 fl oz	Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1 dash	Orange Bitters by Angostura

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

3. STIR marmalade with bourbon to dissolve marmalade.
4. Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
