Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
14 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
1 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Excellent cocktail but in my opinion more kind of Dirty Martini than Gimlet. To give the cocktail more the Gimlet direction it is possible to add one ore two bar spoons of lime juice without changing the other ingredients.
