Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
20 ml Giffard Crème de Violette liqueur
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.6 ml Bob's Lavender Bitters
