Ingredients:
1 13 oz Blended Scotch whisky
13 oz Giffard Poire William
12 oz Ginger wine
12 oz Maple syrup
16 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

Review:

Looking at the recipe, with liqueur and a whopping 15ml (½oz) of maple syrup, I thought it would be overly sweet. However, as you'd expect from a Satan's Whiskers cocktail, it's beautifully balanced and refreshing and harnesses Scotch whisky's affinity for pear, ginger, and lemon.
