How to make:
DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) SHAKE again with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
|2 fl oz||Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky|
|1 1/2 fl oz||St-Germain elderflower liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
