Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
1 12 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) SHAKE again with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Yeah this is alright but nothing special. I didn't put the egg in because it's not my thing so that might affect things but yeah, it's nice enough to drink but not one I'd remember being great.

Bit too weird for me; the flavours seem to jar with each other and not in a pleasant way.
