2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
1 1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
1 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) SHAKE again with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
