Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Yuzu fruit purée
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
30 ml Honey
40 ml Ukiyo Yuzu Gin
