5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
3 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
- Prepare garnish of dried lavender.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
