62.5 ml | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
7.5 ml | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
