Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 350 ml | Ketel One Vodka |
| 4 whole | Green apple |
| 2 whole | Cinnamon stick |
| 350 ml | Chilled water |
| 30 ml | Honey |
| 1⁄2 cupful | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 30 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
