Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Being too impatient to heat up my crystallised honey, I used Maple Syrup instead. Beautifully balanced; a keeper.

Great cocktail with a wonderful balance. Since I cannot have anything raw, due to some health issues, we used Fee Foam which is a substitute. It had nice foam.
