Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 barspoon Mulberry jam
7 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Fruit cup liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Elderflower pressé
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

STIR jam and gin in base of shaker to dissolve jam. Add mint, Pimm's and lemon juice, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with elderflower pressé.

Review:

Jammy mulberry fruit, Pimm's and gin freshened with mint and lemon, served on the rocks.

History:

Created in 2006 at The Manor House Hotel, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, England. The Manor House Hotel make their mulberry jam using fruit from the Mulberry Tree which grows in the hotel's grounds and is thought to be over 350 years old.
