Tastes like raspberry jam with a nice warming bourbon linger at the end. Sublime.

I do agree that it needs less sugar syrup.

Why is there sugar syrup in this? Just made this twice, back to back. Replace the volume of syrup with and equal measure of creme de mure. Much more dynamic and vibrant. The bourbon-blackberry-mint combo actually exceeded my expectations. But, really, what was I thinking? Of course it's sublime. (2 Jul 2022, 1:38p)
