How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Amaro Braulio |
1/2 fl oz | Rabarbaro liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lucano amaro |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Review:
The creators of this cocktail named it an "Amaro Daiquiri", blasphemy as it does not contain rum. However, it's a tasty bittersweet sour based on a trio of amari (the plural for 'amaro' is 'amari'). Hence, it's an Amari Sour.
