Serve in a Pitcher/punch bowl

Ingredients:
1 fresh Egg white
70 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
70 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
450 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
