Serve in a Pitcher/punch bowl
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 70 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 70 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 60 ml | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
| 30 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 450 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
