Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Pallini Limoncello liqueur
30 ml Mango & passion fruit coulis
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 ring Red chili pepper (jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded)
