30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
30 ml | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
30 ml | Mango & passion fruit coulis |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 ring | Red chili pepper (jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded) |
