Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin
23 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
14 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Quite the kicker this one! Especially with Four Pillars 58.8% navy gin. The bitter-sweetness is pretty much negroni level, tho the Chartreuse is very distinctive of course. With a nice gin this will be good, as kind long as you like this flavour profile.
