How to make:
MUDDLE cardamom, cumin and then cucumber in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 dried||Green cardamom pods|
|1⁄2 barspoon||Cumin seeds|
|1 1⁄2 inch||Cucumber (fresh)|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Yoghurt liqueur|
|3 fresh||Mint leaves|
