Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
3 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco chilled
1 12 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of squeeze lemon wedge and drop into cocktail..
  3. POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass.
  4. FILL glass with ice.

Good, but it's better if you use the same amount of pear cognac as the soda water.
(I recommend a higher quality pear cognac like Belle de brillet for this cocktail.)
