Our comment:

Herbal, honeyed Irish whiskey drunk through a creamy head.

History:

Adapted from a drink created in 1997 by Dale DeGroff at Molly Malone's Pub, Prague, Czech Republic. Dale's original recipe calls for 45ml Irish whiskey and 45ml Irish Mist liqueur topped with lightly whipped cream.
