How to make:

STIR first two ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. FLOAT whipped cream on drink.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg

Herbal, honeyed Irish whiskey drunk through a creamy head.

Adapted from a drink created in 1997 by Dale DeGroff at Molly Malone's Pub, Prague, Czech Republic.
