Ingredients:
1 12 oz Irish whiskey
1 12 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
Float lightly whipped Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dust with grated nutmeg

How to make:

STIR first two ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. FLOAT whipped cream on drink.

History:

Adapted from a drink created in 1997 by Dale DeGroff at Molly Malone's Pub, Prague, Czech Republic. Dale's original recipe calls for 45ml Irish whiskey and 45ml Irish Mist liqueur topped with lightly whipped cream.

I must try this. It’s similar looking to one of my home made favourites, I call it the Irish American. Fill a glass with crushed ice, add a shot of southern comfort and a shot of baileys and stir
