1 barspoon | Maple syrup |
2 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
1⁄2 oz | Apple Schnapps liqueur |
Garnish: Dust with cinnamon powder
STIR calvados with maple syrup to dissolve syrup. Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Complex and bittersweet with a cidery base courtesy of apple spirit and apple liqueur with sweet maple syrup balancing bitter liqueur.
