Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Cachaça
40 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
20 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
