To help cut the sweetness I added a few drops of lemon juice (even 5ml) & a dash of Orange bitters (or Angostura Bitters)

Too sweet! Basically undrinkable . Maybe sub in Campari instead?

Unlikely to love but surprisingly easy to like. Will come again.

Unbelievably we had no Spiced rum in, except for a honey spiced! Worked exceptionally well with the banana flavour.

Negroni meets banana bread. It is sweeter and I added a drop of Angostura to amp up sweet spice notes. A autumn/winter negroni and a cocktail where you can actually taste the banana.
