Serve in a Goblet glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

Garnish: Lemon slice & raspberry

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. CHURN (stir) drink with ice and serve with straws.

Review:

Dependent on your raspberry syrup (homemade is best) you'll either have a beautifully fruity and refreshing drink, or one that's a tad on the sweet side. Adjust to taste.

Having ice in the glass really enhances this cocktail. If you don't have crushed ice I recommend pouring it without a strainer.

I made this drink as posted with the mindset that it was going to be too sweet and I would have to adjust it later. It really was not. The lemon juice balances the 2 syrups (both homemade) nicely and it has a great raspberry finish.
