Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
40 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
25 ml | Cocchi Vermouth Amaro |
5 ml | Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth |
10 ml | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
5 ml | Chilled water |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
2 drop | Chocolate bitters |
