Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
25 ml Cocchi Vermouth Amaro
5 ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
10 ml Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
5 ml Chilled water
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 drop Chocolate bitters
