Ingredients:
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
12 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
34 oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
16 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters optional
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) optional
34 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. TOP with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
