Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
20 ml Lillet Blanc
10 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
10 ml Disaronno amaretto
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
