45 ml | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
20 ml | Lillet Blanc |
10 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
10 ml | Disaronno amaretto |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
