Serve in an

Old-fashioned glass
Ingredients:
1/2 fl oz Peachtree peach schnapps
1 fl oz Bowmore 12 Year Old Islay single malt
1 fl oz Verjuice
1/6 fl oz Mancino Vermouth di Torino Bianco Ambrato
1/6 fl oz Mancino Vermouth di Torino Rosso Amaranto
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. (Preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.)
