How to make:
SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and lightly stir.
|1 fl oz||Ketel One Citroen Vodka|
|1/2 fl oz||Fiorente Elderflower liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|5 fresh||Mint leaves|
|Top up with||Brut champagne or sparkling wine|
