Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hennessy VS
25 ml Giffard Poire William liqueur
35 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Vanilla and Green Cardamom Simple Syrup
25 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
