Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hennessy VS
25 ml Giffard Poire William liqueur
35 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Vanilla and Green Cardamom Simple Syrup
25 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
