Serve in a Martini glass
1 wedge | Watermelon (fresh) |
2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1⁄4 oz | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Light, refreshing and all too quaffable. Bitter liqueur and orange bitters add depth of flavour. And, with a full 20ml of sugar, surprisingly balanced.
