How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 wedge||Watermelon (fresh)|
|2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|1/4 fl oz||Italian red bitter liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water|
|2 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura|

Light, refreshing and all too quaffable. Campari and orange bitters add depth of flavour. And, with a full 20ml of sugar, surprisingly balanced.
