Serve in a Coupe glass
40 ml | Patrón Reposado tequila |
20 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
20 ml | Martini Fiero |
10 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
15 ml | Agave syrup |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
