Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
40 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
20 ml Peachtree peach schnapps
15 ml Mango purée
8 unit Mint leaves
6 wedge Lime (fresh)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
