60 ml | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
10 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
