Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Dolin Dry vermouth
15 ml Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.)
20 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
20 ml Passion fruit purée
5 ml Maple syrup
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
20 ml Single cream/half-and-half
