Ingredients:
1 13 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
23 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
2 23 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel..
  3. STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. POUR soda water into stirring glass.
  5. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with orange slice wheel.

In the dark last night I grabbed a can of ginger beer instead of soda water and didn't notice until I'd poured.

Not awful, but it loses a lot to the sweetness.
