In case you do not have a bottle top device that defines the amount of liquid per shot, would that be about the amount of a coffee spoon? Or.. how to measure a shot? Thanks

Please click " measures and measuring" below the ingredients in every cocktail on Difford's Guide. This will explain all, including the amount of liquid in a shot.
