1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
13 oz Verjuice
3 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered crystalised ginger..
  3. POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass.
  4. Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
  5. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
