Review:
Bittersweet vibrant pear with delicate bittersweetness.
History:
A riff on Daniel Seehuusen's Triangle cocktail, which also inspired the name, the thinking being that a quadrant is a triangle with one of its three sides curved rather than straight. Yes, with four ingredients rather than three it should be named 'Quadrilateral' but that just doesn't trip off the tongue as well. Created in November 2024 by yours truly.
