Ingredients:
34 oz Absolut Pears Vodka
34 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
34 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

A riff on Daniel Seehuusen's Triangle cocktail, which also inspired the name, the thinking being that a quadrant is a triangle with one of its three sides curved rather than straight. Yes, with four ingredients rather than three it should be named 'Quadrilateral' but that just doesn't trip off the tongue as well. Created in November 2024 by yours truly.
