Christmas Rum Eggnog

Ingredients
180 ml Egg (white & yolk)
15 ml Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white)
500 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
350 ml Double cream / heavy cream
350 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
