1/3 fl oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
1/6 fl oz | Winter spice syrup |
4 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Rim glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with orange juice and dip into sugar).
- Prepare garnish of mint leaf.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint leaf floated in the centre of the cocktail.

Delicately spicy with gingerbread spiced brandy, cranberry and citrus freshness. Spiced vodka adds flavour and lightens the heaviness of a traditional all-cognac Sidecar.
History:
Created by yours truly in December 2024, utilising newly arrived bottles of cardamom & ginger-flavoured vodka and winter spiced sugar syrup.
